On July 23, 2026, SouthState Bank Corporation (“SouthState” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three- and six-month periods ended June 30, 2026, along with certain other financial information. Third Quarter 2026 Shareholder Dividend
The Board of Directors of the Company increased its quarterly cash dividend on its common stock from $0.60 per share to $0.66 per share. The dividend is payable on August 14, 2026 to shareholders of record as of August 7, 2026.
