On July 21, 2026, FVCBankcorp, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting its financial results for the period ended June 30, 2026. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated by reference into this Item 2.02.

On July 16, 2026, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.07 for each share of its common stock outstanding. The dividend is payable on August 17, 2026 to shareholders of record on July 27, 2026.
