On July 30, 2026, Rivian Automotive, Inc. (the “Company”) announced its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026. The full text of the press release and Earnings Presentation (the “Presentation”) issued in connection with the announcement are furnished as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, to this Current Report on Form 8-K. In the Presentation, the Company also announced that it will be holding an audio webcast on July 30, 2026 at 2:00pm PT / 5:00pm ET to discuss its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026.
The Company is making reference to non-GAAP financial information in the press release, the Presentation and the audio webcast. A reconciliation of these non-GAAP financial measures to their nearest GAAP equivalents is provided in the press release and the Presentation.
