The aggregate unpaid principal balance of the CLOs’ fixed maturity investments exceeded the fair value of the investments by $77 million and $66 million at December 31, 2025 and 2024, respectively. The carrying value of the CLOs’ debt (excluding the most subordinated tranches) exceeded the aggregate unpaid principal balance by $13 million and $36 million at those dates, respectively.
