The purchase price allocation is preliminary in nature and subject to adjustments, which could be material. The Company is in the final stages of establishing the fair value of acquired property, plant and equipment, intangible assets and certain income tax related items in addition to ensuring all other assets and liabilities and contingencies have been identified and recorded.
