In December 2023, the Company established cash-backed bank guarantee facilities, primarily to support Australian reclamation bonding requirements. During the second quarter of 2026, the Australian Surety Bond Facilities, as described above, were established which reduced the utilization of the cash-backed bank guarantee facilities during the three months ended June 30,2026.
