During the three and six months ended June 30, 2026, we repurchased an aggregate of approximately 16.5 million shares of our common stock for $90.3 million pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 plan, including $0.2 million of commissions. As of June 30, 2026, $3.0 million in unsettled repurchases of our common stock were recorded within other current liabilities in our Condensed Consolidated Balance Sheets. As of June 30, 2026, we had $409.9 million, excluding commissions, remaining under the Repurchase Program. To date, we have utilized our existing cash and cash equivalents to fund repurchases under the Repurchase Program.
