“We delivered solid performance in the quarter. Net sales increased 3%, with top-line growth across each of our three business segments driven by new products and business wins. Diluted EPS was $1.98, and adjusted diluted EPS was $2.08, compared to $2.48 and $2.62, respectively, in the prior-year period. The year-over-year earnings comparison reflects the timing of tariff-related pricing that benefitted the third quarter of 2025. We also generated $65 million of operating cash flow and repurchased $15 million of our common stock in the quarter, bringing year-to-date share repurchases to a company record of $112 million.”
