Dividends are declared at the discretion of the Board. In both January and April 2026, the Company declared cash dividends of $0.14, to holders of record of its Class A and Class B common stock. In both January and April 2025, the Company declared cash dividends of $0.13 per share to holders of record of its Class A and Class B common stock. During the three and six months ended May 31, 2026, dividends were paid in the amount of $53.9 million and $107.7 million, respectively, compared to $51.4 million and $102.8 million, respectively for the same prior-year periods.
