During the years ended June 30, 2025, 2024, and 2023, the Company purchased all engines for its MasterCraft performance sport boats under a supply agreement with a single vendor. During the years ended June 30, 2025, 2024, and 2023, the Company purchased a majority of the engines for its Crest boats, and all of the engines for its Balise boats under a supply agreement with a single vendor. Total purchases from this vendor were $6.0 million, $9.1 million, and $23.2 million for the years ended June 30, 2025, 2024, and 2023, respectively.
