“We are pleased to report solid results for the quarter and exciting progress on the merger, In May, we received merger approval from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and the Nebraska Public Service Commission followed by approval from the South Dakota Public Utilities Commission in June. That leaves Montana as the only remaining regulatory approval needed for the merger. A hearing with the Montana Public Service Commission was held in May and we await their final order. In the meantime, we remain focused on executing our strategic priorities, delivering safe, reliable, and affordable service to our customers, and integration planning to position the combined company for long-term success.”
