Equity-based compensation. We measure the cost of services received in exchange for an award of equity instruments based on the grant-date fair value of the award. That cost is recognized in the Condensed Consolidated Statement of Operations over the period during which an employee is required to provide service in exchange for the award. For the three and six months ended June 30, 2026, we recorded $2.2 million and $5.0 million, respectively, of equity-based compensation expense. For the three and six months ended June 30, 2025, we recorded $2.2 million and $4.8 million, respectively, of equity-based compensation expense.
