The Company evaluates its tax positions on a quarterly basis and revises its estimates accordingly. Gross unrecognized tax benefits were $15.1 million and $13.8 million as of April 30, 2026 and January 31, 2026, respectively. The gross unrecognized tax benefits, if recognized, would not affect the effective tax rate due to the valuation allowance against the deferred tax assets. The Company determined that no accrual for interest and penalties was required as of April 30, 2026 and $0.3 million was accrued for interest as of January 31, 2026.
