Property, plant and equipment, net increased primarily due to capital expenditures to support the Company’s Glo Fiber market expansion. The Company wrote-off $4.2 million plant under construction inventory assets during the three and six months ended June 30, 2025. The write-off primarily related to permitting and engineering costs for markets abandoned due to changing market returns. The amounts are presented in depreciation and amortization in the Company’s unaudited condensed consolidated statements of operations.
