“We are extremely pleased with the strong performance from our Industrial Services and Domestic Coke businesses in the third quarter. Our Industrial Services segment benefited from higher terminals handling volumes and a full quarter of contribution from Phoenix, as compared to a partial quarter in the prior year period. Our Domestic Coke segment benefited from a change in mix of contract and spot coke sales and favorable coal-to-coke yields. Additionally, we are pleased to have reached a settlement agreement with Algoma Steel related to our 2025 claim.”
