In June 2025, the Company entered into an agreement with an incumbent to retune and acquire wireless licenses for approximately $28.0 million. In connection with this agreement, the Company entered into an escrow agreement. Pursuant to the escrow agreement, the escrow funds deposited from the Company payments due to the incumbent shall be held and invested in a money market deposit account. All interest and other income earned shall be allocated to the incumbent, payable with the final distribution of the escrow funds. The escrow funds shall be distributed upon written request by both the Company and the incumbent pursuant to the terms within the escrow agreement. Once the escrow funds are distributed to the incumbent, the payments are recorded as spectrum receivable on the Company’s Consolidated Balance Sheets.
