As part of the Amicus acquisition, the Company assumed the existing license agreement with Dimerix Limited (Dimerix) for the U.S. commercialization rights for DMX-200 (now known as BMN 820) for the treatment of FSGS and other indications. Pursuant to the agreement, if future development, regulatory or commercial milestones are met, the Company will be obligated to pay Dimerix up to a maximum aggregate amount of $510.0 million and tiered royalties of BMN 820 net sales in the U.S. ranging from the low-teens to low-twenties.
