The Corporation's policy is to test goodwill for impairment annually on November 30 or on an interim basis if an event triggering impairment may have occurred. At June 30, 2026, the Corporation had goodwill of $87.3 million, including $43.6 million related to the acquisition of ESSA Bancorp, Inc. ("ESSA"). Management evaluated current conditions and concluded there have been no significant changes in the economic environment or future projections since the annual goodwill impairment test performed as of November 30, 2025 and therefore, believes that there is no impairment as of June 30, 2026. Management will continue to evaluate the economic conditions at future reporting periods for applicable changes.
