For the year ended December 31, 2025, the Company recorded a net valuation allowance change primarily related to the establishment of a valuation allowance on certain non-U.S. tax credits and certain non-U.S. tax losses that was partially offset by a valuation allowance release related to certain U.S. federal foreign tax credits. At each reporting date, management considers new evidence, both positive and negative, that could affect its view of the future realization of deferred tax assets.
