In 2005, the Company began contributing to a supplemental executive retirement plan for its former Chief Executive Officer that provides annual retirement benefits of $25,000 per month until death. There were $300,000 of disbursements under the plan in each of 2025, 2024 and 2023. The actuarial assumptions as of December 31, 2025, 2024 and 2023 reflected respective discount rates of 4.62%, 5.11% and 4.56% with a monthly benefit of $25,000.
